Sarah Patterson is Workforce Development Director of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) Education Foundation (www.constructionfoundation.org) in Seattle, WA. Sarah’s passion for promoting construction careers to young people is a direct result of her own career in the construction industry, which enabled her to completely change the trajectory of her life. She holds a Master of Education degree and is active on various advisory boards and state work groups focused on career and technical education, student success, and expanding awareness of and access to careers in the construction industry.
